A Florida native, Rook Ringer served as a military intelligence analyst in the U.S. Army and worked as a private investigator before becoming an attorney.
She earned her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law on a full academic scholarship and her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in Criminal Forensic Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University. She also holds a master’s degree in Classical and Ancient History from American Military University.
Her legal work includes civil rights, criminal matters, and appellate briefing. She has authored briefs and motions for courts including the Florida Supreme Court and New Jersey Supreme Court.
Outside her practice, Rook enjoys motorcycles, travel, synagogue, and time at the beach with her family.
